Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened devices and kits
  • Sealed accessories
  • Unopened replacement parts
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective products (with proof)

Not Eligible for Return

  • E-liquids (health regulations)
  • Opened or used pods and coils
  • Products with broken seals
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged by misuse

Why Can't E-Liquids Be Returned?

Due to Health Canada regulations and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on any e-liquid products, even if unopened. This protects all our customers from potential contamination or tampering.

How to Request a Return

Contact Us

Email us at info@vapeshopmania.ca with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval

We'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Did your order arrive damaged or with a defective product? We've got you covered.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many devices come with a manufacturer warranty (typically 30-90 days). If your device fails under normal use, contact us and we'll help you with the warranty claim process.

Refund Information

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This covers our shipping and processing costs. The fee is waived for defective items or if we made an error with your order.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to your card within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Interac e-Transfer: Refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months (e-Transfers cannot be reversed)

What's refunded:

  • Product price minus 15% restocking fee
  • Original shipping cost (only if return is due to our error or defective item)

What's not refunded:

  • 15% restocking fee (waived for defective/error)
  • Original shipping cost (for change-of-mind returns)
  • Return shipping costs (unless defective or our error)

Prefer a Card Refund?

If you'd like your refund returned to a credit card instead of store credit, please pay with a credit or debit card at checkout.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • Request a return for the original item
  • Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for us to receive your return first.
