How to Track
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use one of these options to see where your package is:
Where's My Tracking Number?
Check Your Email
Look for an email from Vapeshop Mania with the subject "Your order has shipped" — it contains your tracking number and a direct link to track.
Check Spam/Junk
Sometimes shipping emails end up in spam. Search your email for "vapeshopmania" if you can't find it.
Log Into Your Account
Go to your account, click on the order, and you'll see the tracking number once it ships.
Don't Have Tracking Yet?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon-Fri) ship the same day. You'll receive your tracking email once the package is scanned by Canada Post — this can take up to 24 hours after we ship.
Common Questions
Tracking says "In Transit" for days — is my package lost?
Not necessarily. Canada Post doesn't scan packages at every stop, so there can be gaps in tracking updates. This is normal, especially for Western Canada and remote areas. If there's no update for more than 7 business days, contact us.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have my package
First, check with anyone else at your address and look for a delivery notice. Check around your property and with neighbors. Sometimes packages are marked delivered before the driver finishes their route. Wait 24 hours, then contact us if it's still missing.
Why does tracking show a different city?
Packages pass through Canada Post sorting facilities across the country. Seeing your package in a different city is normal — it's just moving through the postal network.
What does "Item held at post office" mean?
Your package requires age verification and no one was home to sign. You'll need to pick it up at your local post office with valid photo ID proving you're of legal vaping age.
Remember: ID Required at Delivery
All vape orders require age verification upon delivery. Make sure someone of legal age is available to sign for the package, or be prepared to pick it up at the post office with ID.
