How We Verify Your Age

We use a two-step verification process to ensure compliance with Canadian law:

When you place an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province. We may use third-party age verification services to validate your information against public records.

At Delivery

The delivery person will ask for government-issued photo ID to verify your age before handing over the package. This is required by Canadian federal law (Tobacco and Vaping Products Act) for all online vape sales.

No ID, No Package

If no one of legal age is available to present ID at delivery, the carrier cannot release the package. It will be held at your local post office for pickup. You'll need to bring valid photo ID to collect it.
