If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and look for a delivery notice. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.

Nicotine strength depends on your current habits:

• 0mg: No nicotine — for those who want flavor only

• 10-12mg: Moderate smokers (half a pack per day)
• 18-20mg: Heavy smokers (pack a day or more)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Absolutely not. You must be of legal vaping age in your province to purchase from us:

We verify age on all orders. Orders suspected of being placed by minors will be cancelled and refunded.

Yes. As required by Canadian law, all vape product deliveries require age verification upon receipt.

The delivery person will ask for government-issued photo ID (driver's licence, passport, etc.) to confirm you are of legal age. If you cannot provide valid ID, the package cannot be delivered.

Important: Make sure someone of legal age is available to receive and sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and you can pick up from the post office with your ID.
