Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
After 2 PM or Weekends
Orders ship the next business day morning.

We ship via Canada Post with full tracking on all orders.
Tracking Email
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
In-Store Pickup
Free pickup is available at our Hawkesbury location. Skip the shipping and grab your order in person!

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available once you reach the threshold for your region:

Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Age Verification at Delivery
As required by Canadian law, all vape product deliveries require age verification upon receipt.
The delivery person will ask for government-issued photo ID (driver's licence, passport, etc.) to confirm you are of legal vaping age in your province.
Important
Someone of legal age must be present to receive and sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and you can pick up from your local post office with valid ID.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package:
- On the Track Your Order page
- Directly on Canada Post's website
- Using the Canada Post mobile app
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your order ships.
Problems with Delivery?
If you experience any issues with your delivery, we're here to help:
- Package not arrived: Check tracking first. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and look for a delivery notice. Contact us if still missing after 48 hours.
- Damaged package: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
- Wrong items: Contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
