Shipping policy
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada via Canada Post with full tracking on all orders.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): 4–7 business days
- Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Free Shipping Thresholds:
- Ontario & Quebec: FREE over $99
- Western Canada: FREE over $125
- Atlantic Canada: FREE over $125
- Northern Territories: FREE over $149
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Age Verification at Delivery: As required by Canadian law, all vape product deliveries require age verification. The delivery person will ask for government-issued photo ID. Someone of legal age must be present to receive and sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and you can pick up from your local post office with valid ID.
In-Store Pickup: Free pickup is available at our Hawkesbury location. Select "Pickup" at checkout, wait for your "Ready for Pickup" notification, and bring valid photo ID.

Problems with Delivery: Contact us at info@vapeshopmania.ca if your package hasn't arrived, arrived damaged, or contains wrong items. For damaged items, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
